Ford Isn't Holding Back as it Prepares the 2019 Ford Ranger for Release

If there's been one vehicle that Ford drivers have missed in recent years, it's the Ford Ranger. It should serve as little surprise, in turn, that truck drivers in search of a Ford-tough antidote to their mid-sized itch have been champing at the bit to get their hands on the 2019 Ranger.

With the Ranger returning to the market for the first time in years, Ford is pulling out all the stops to make sure its newest truck is the top of the line model its customers deserve. "We torture every component – from its high-strength steel frame to its EcoBoost® engine to its cloth and leather-trimmed seats," said Ford Ranger chief engineer Rick Bolt. "[We want to] ensure Ranger is ready for any season and nearly any terrain."

In addition to all of this testing, Ford will also be packing the Ranger full of performance driven components. The same powerful 2.3-liter EcoBoost 4-cylinder used by the Ford Mustang, for instance, is being adapted for the Ranger. The Ranger will also offer a four-wheel drive option, Dana Trac-Loc differentials, and a special performance mode designed for off-roading.

Releasing in the first quarter of 2019, the new Ford Ranger will come in four different trims. If you'd be interested in getting in on the ground floor, get in touch with the sales team at Fairway Ford Henderson. We can provide more information and show you other great models in our new Ford inventory.
